POLAR CASCADE COOLING TOWER

The The Polar Cascade™ line of cooling towers are delivered to you preassembled, ready for installation. Polar Cascade (5-25 ton) towers are designed to provide the flexibility to easily disassemble and reassembly the units on site.

Cabinet

Our units are constructed from the heavy gage steel to provide maximum strength and durability. The cabinet is constructed from 16-gauge galvannealed steel. The base is manufactured from 12-gauge galvannealed steel.

Finish

To provide maximum durability and weather resistance, cabinet components are treated with Polane, a two-part polyurethane coating.

Water Distribution Tray

Polar Cascade cooling towers are constructed from stainless steel so as to maximize durability and useful life.

PVC Fill Material

The Polar Cascade PVC fill material is designed to provide high efficiency cooling capacity by maximizing the distribution of water.

Cascade fill material is resistant to:

• UV
• Rot
• Fungus
• Inorganic and Organic solvents
• Acids
• Alkalis
• Chemicals normally introduced in cooling towers

Drive Mechanisms

• (5-25 ton) towers are direct drive.
• (30-125 ton) towers are belt driven with exterior bearing grease ports, allowing easy access for general maintenance procedures. All bearings are constructed from stainless steel to provide maximum durability.
